Let word type for you.
Instead of typing the
same word, phrase, or title over and over again, let
Word type it for you.

Open MS Word
-
Select the
Tools Menu>Autocorrect
Options, and select the
Autocorrect tab.

In the Replace
blank, type an abbreviation for the often
typed phrase (for example, "NCWC").

In the With
blank, type the complete phrase (for
example, "North Carolina Wesleyan College").

Click Add
and then OK. Now, whenever you type the
abbreviation "NCWC", Word will replace it with
"North Carolina Wesleyan College."
To
Test
In the Word document,
Type NCWC, then press enter. The phrase North
Carolina Wesleyan College should now appear.
