Online Courses at North Carolina Wesleyan College: An Introduction

The primary means of communication between students and instructors in online classes is my.ncwc.edu.  Your instructor will use your my.ncwc.edu e-mail account to contact you, so please check it frequently.  If you are unfamiliar with my.ncwc.edu, please click here for instructions on how to get started.  By remaining enrolled in any online class, students certify that they have read and understood the Jenzabar LMS Student Guide available through the "Students" tab at my.ncwc.edu.  Students who experience issues with Jenzabar are responsible for promptly contacting Information Systems (for more information, see http://www.ncwc.edu/Offices/Technology/academic.htm).

You should also make sure that your system meets Wesleyan’s minimum software and hardware configurations.  Click here to view these minimum requirements.

You also have online access to Wesleyan's Writing Lab, which provides resources for students who are unable to visit the lab in person.  These resources, which include a databank of instructional materials and online help with writing assignments, are available at http://annex.ncwc.edu/writing_lab.  Online tutorials may be scheduled by e-mailing writinglab@ncwc.edu or by calling (252) 985-5135.
