2/11 Solutions to the problems in Chapter 2 are available on the solutions file for that chapter.
2/27 Chapters 4 & 5 will be due before Spring Break and the material will be included in the coming test.
Assignments for these two chapters are:
Chapter 4 Problems 2 & 4
Supplement to Chapter 4: Problems 1, 5, 7, & 8
Chapter 5: Problems 2, 4, 9
Supplement to Chapter 5: Problems 6 & 13
Future chapters:
Chapter 6: Problems 1, 2, 11, 14, 16 (you will not be responsible for the supplement)
chapter 7: Problems 2, 3, 6, 9, 10
2/28 After carefully looking again at the schedule, it seems best to move the test from Tuesday of next week until Thursday (3/7) That will enable us to use Tuesday as an extra review day and to do the test on Thursday, the day normally scheduled for review. It will be given in BA 237 from 8 am until 9:20 am. You must be present at that time.
The test will cover problems in chapters 1 - 5 and will be open book, open notes. The entire test will consist of problems based on chapter material.
Grades to date should be posted on the web by Monday, 3/14
3/26 Tests are graded and in my office. I will have them in class for Thursday review sessions but can not return them since two people with excused absences have not yet taken the test.
Assignments are posted for Chapters through 12. the next test is scheduled for April 11. Don't forget Thursday review sessions if you are having problems.

A number of individuals are having problems with the problems in chapter 10. Therefore, there will be an extra review session on Monday evening, April 8. The date of the next exam has been postponed a week until Thursday. April 18 at 8 am in BA 237. Other assignment dates may be affected so please check the posted schedule. Several individuals have not yet turned in the problems for chapters 5 - 6. I have postponed posting the solutions because exercises are not accepted after solutions are posted. I will post these solutions this weekend whether or not the assignments are in--Please turn in by Friday evening. the solutions to exercises Exercises 7 & & are due on or before Wed, April 10 so that solutions can be posted.

Please check the syllabus for information about the last test and the chapters covered. There will be a reveiw session on May 2 at 8 am. Grades are now posted for Test 2.
Assignment grades will be posted by Thursday morning so that you may calculate your grade going into the last test.
